Concerto Karaoke, karaoke room hire site.
1. LEGAL NOTICE
The www.concerto-karaoke.com website is published by CONCERTO, a simplified joint stock company with capital of €105,666.00, whose registered office is at 15 rue de Palestro 75002 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 824 945 125.

2. SUBJECT
The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale (“GTCS”) is to define the conditions under which an individual or legal entity (the “Customer”) may reserve karaoke rooms online on the www.concerto-karaoke.com website.
3. APPLICATION OF THE GGVS
The GTCS exclusively govern reservations of CONCERTO karaoke rooms located 15 rue de Palestro – 75002 Paris, by the Customer and constitutes, with the confirmation of reservation, the contract formed between the parties.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable throughout the customer’s browsing and access to the website and throughout the customer’s use of the services.
4. AMENDMENTS TO THE GVC
4.1. CONCERTO reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time at its sole discretion.
4.2. Consequently, before each order confirmation (which implies acceptance of the GTCS), the Customer must consult the GTCS and any amendments made.
5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
5.1. The nullity of a contractual clause does not entail the nullity of these GCS.
5.2. The temporary or permanent non-application of one or more clauses of the GTC by CONCERTO shall not constitute a waiver on the part of CONCERTO of the other clauses of the GTC which shall continue to have effect.
6. DESCRIPTION
Customers will be able to book 6 karaoke rooms for slots of at least one hour:
- a room for 4-5 people.
- two rooms for 5-6 people.
- a room for 6-7 people.
- a 7-8 person room.
- a 9-11 person room.
- No extra people will be accepted. Participants in the same group are the same throughout the session.
7. RATES AND DISCOUNTS
7.1. Booking prices are given below in euros, inclusive of all taxes, per room and per two-hour slot.

7.2. CONCERTO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the Client the application of the price in force on the day of booking.
7.3. Birthday cake” option
For birthdays, you can bring your own cake for a supplement of €1.50 per participant.
8. BOOKING CONDITIONS
8.1. Rooms can be booked at www.concerto-karaoke.com.
8.2. Customers can check room availability in real time on the website before and during the booking process. Unavailable room slots are marked as “fully booked” and their price is no longer displayed.
8.3. The customer must click on the time slot(s) of their choice to select the desired room and see the total amount of their reservation displayed. If applicable, the price reduction mentioned in article 7.2 will be calculated automatically.
8.4. To reserve, the Customer must then click on the “reserve” button and provide the following details: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and postcode, and click on the “confirm” tab to proceed with payment.
8.5. Before clicking on the “confirm” tab, Customers can check the details of their booking and its total price.
8.6. Confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of the GTC by the Customer and forms the contract.
9. PAYMENT
9.1. Reservations are paid for by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard) via the secure platform.
9.2. The Customer guarantees that he/she is able to use his/her bank card to pay for karaoke room bookings made on the www.concerto-karaoke.com website.
10. CANCELLATION AND CHANGE PROCEDURE
10.1. The cancellation policy for the karaoke rooms is as follows :
- The Customer will receive a full refund if they send their cancellation request 72 hours before the start of the session previously booked.
- The Customer will be reimbursed 75% of the initial cost of the booking if they send their cancellation request between 72 hours and 48 hours before the start of the session previously booked (25% of the cost of the booking will be retained).
- The Customer will be reimbursed 25% of the initial cost of the booking if they send their cancellation request between 48 hours and 6 hours before the start of the session previously booked (75% of the cost of the booking will be retained).
- The Customer will not be reimbursed if they do not attend the session previously booked or if their cancellation request is received less than 6 hours before the start of the session.
- A postponement to another day is considered a cancellation.
- Simultaneous booking of several rooms : in this case, the above cancellation conditions do not apply. There will be no refund if the cancellation request is sent less than 2 weeks before the start of the session.
10.2. The procedures for changing reservations for karaoke rooms are as follows :
- Customers may change their booking free of charge 72 hours before the start of the session previously booked. To do this, they must cancel their booking and make a new one on the www.concerto-karaoke.com website.
- The customer may change their booking between 72 hours and 6 hours before the start of the previously booked session if the new session takes place on the same day, subject to availability. This new session must be booked using the same personal details and payment method as the previous session. In this case, a modification fee of 30% of the initial amount will be charged. Any change of timetable or venue is considered a modification.
- If the new room or the new timetable is not available, the customer must pay the cancellation fees set out in article 10.2 of these terms and conditions.
- The customer will not be reimbursed if a change is requested less than 6 hours before the start of the pre-booked session.

10.4.The Customer has no right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of article L121-20-04 of the French Consumer Code.
11. ACCESS, PAYMENT AND RETURN OF ROOMS AND EQUIPMENT
11.1. The Customer will be able to access the karaoke rooms from the start of the session booked on the www.concerto-karaoke.com website.
11.2. If the Customer is late, the session cannot be rescheduled and the minutes of room hire lost will not be reimbursed.
11.3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes or electronic cigarettes in the rooms (damages).
11.4. It is strictly forbidden to bring in food or drink without prior declaration to CONCERTO and the agreement of the staff in charge.
11.5. The Customer shall refrain from any illicit activity or obscene behaviour in the rooms.
11.6 In accordance with the law, the Customer may be refused access to the establishment and its room by one or more participants in the event of obvious intoxication. In this case, no reimbursement will be made, although the rest of the participants may still take part in the session.
11.7 No extra people will be accepted. Participants in the same group are the same throughout the session.
11.8. The rooms and equipment made available must be returned in a correct state of use. Any damage by the Customer to the rooms, equipment or common areas of the CONCERTO establishment will be subject to a damage assessment. This assessment will then be sent by email to the Client within 30 days. Any compensation by the Customer will be requested within 30 days of notification of the damage assessment, without recourse to insurance.
12. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
12.1. CONCERTO undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data provided by the Client on the website www.concerto-karaoke.com at the time of booking and to process such data in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.
12.2 CONCERTO informs that this data will only be used and stored by its internal services in order to improve the booking of karaoke rooms. The processing of this data is subject to a declaration to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
13.1. All texts, images, illustrations and, more generally, all information presented on the www.concerto-karaoke.com website are the exclusive property of CONCERTO.
13.2 Any reproduction, modification or partial use of these elements is strictly prohibited.
14. APPLICABLE LAW
14.1. These GCS are governed by French law.

After contacting the customer service department and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 1 month, the Customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details are as follows Médiation Tourisme et Voyage, BP 80 303, 75 823 Paris Cedex 17, Website: www.mtv.travel. Failing this, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
